How to Order
Our order form is linked to each
product in our on-line system. It's easy to order, just follow the steps
below:

of interest via one of our product menus.
- Select the area
of interest via one of our product categories. Once you find a
product you wish to purchase, click on the Add button
appearing by the item and you may continue shopping or click
on the Order Now button and proceed to the checkout.
You may then complete your transaction by following the online
instructions.
- As you proceed
through the checkout process, be sure to double check that the items
ordered, the quantity ordered, and the billing/shipping information
you enter on the order form is correct.
- Once you
complete the order form, click on the Submit button. This
will bring up a confirmation page listing your Confirmation Number
and a customer service phone number in case you need to make
changes.
- You will
receive an E-mail confirmation from La Belle Fleur once your order
has been processed.

Delivery
Information
La Belle Fleur delivers quality
floral gifts nationwide. For best service, please give 24 hours notice
for delivery. We can deliver your order the same day Monday through
Saturday if you order before noon of the recipient's time zone. We
cannot however, guarantee a time of day for delivery.
Products may vary in size and
appearance due to seasonal availability and design interpretation. La
Belle Fleur suggests you to place your order at least 5 days prior to any
major holiday.
Sales Tax
Based on the recipient's mailing
address, sales tax will only be collected in the following areas:
All of Canada - 6% GST will be
added
British Columbia - 6% GST and 7.5% PST will be added
NFLD, PEI, NB & NS - 15% HST
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will
receive an e-mail confirmation from La Belle Fleur once the order has
been processed.
If we have a problem with your
order, you will be contacted via e-mail with an explanation of the
problem, along with a phone number, which can be used to contact one of
our customer service representatives.
